It is hereby inform to the authors who have
not submitted their finals to our system yet that the due date has been
extended to Tuesday, August 15th. This will be our last call for accepting
final papers. Please be sure to submit your paper within
the time period given. If there is any reason that you could not
submit your paper on deadline, you must notify us beforehand. Otherwise your
paper will be cancelled without any notice.
